This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 363, 366A and 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. According to first information report, the petitioner and others are suspected to have kidnapped Sulekha Kumari, aged about 16 years. The victim-girl in her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code supported the allegation of kidnapping. However, she has not named any one. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the matter appears to be of love affairs as the victim has disclosed her aged at 17 years and she has not alleged anything against any one.

Considering the statement of the victim-girl, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 327 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, or successor Court.
