JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Case No. 1137/2018, disclosing offences under Sections 323, 498(A) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioner happens to be husband of the complainant and allegation against him is of subjecting the complainant to cruelty in connection with demand of dowry an also not taking care of the complainant and child due to which child died. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is ready to keep the complainant with himself and all the allegation is false and concocted.

No.66114 of 2019(2) dt.22-10-2019 2/2 In view of the stand of the petitioner, this application is disposed of with direction to him to surrender in the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on surrender the court below shall release him on provisional bail to his own satisfaction and will issue notice to the complainant and on her appearance, if complainant - opposite party no. 2 is ready to live with the petitioner and the petitioner is ready to keep her with full honour and dignity, the court below shall confirm the provisional bail of the petitioner, otherwise, he is free to pass any order / order as he deems fit and proper.
