JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being widow sister-in-law of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after three years of marriage by causing burnt injury. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is omnibus and general against the entire in-laws' family including the petitioner and the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim.

Considering the accusation being omnibus and general and the petitioner being widow lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54517 of 2015 (2) dt.02-12-2015 2/2 surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No.342 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
