The petitioner, being the husband, is in custody since 23.06.2019 in connection with Ladania P.S. Case No. 108/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/379/498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegations are false and the petitioner has good moral character and he will not torture his wife. It is further submitted that the opposite party No. 2 herself used to run away from her matrimonial house and if she returns, the petitioner is willing to keep her with all honour and dignity and there shall be no recurrence of any act of cruelty against her.

Case No. 108/2019.
