JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondent authorities to conduct the training and supervision to the Asha Workers at the District Level and Block Level on regular basis.
Patna High Court CWJC No.20948 of 2021(2) dt.03-04-2024 2/2 (ii). For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUUS commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to declare the Asha Trainers as full time employee on the ground that they are dedicated for Asha Training for full time.
(iii).For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUUS commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to provide the work to the Asha Trainers on regular basis as also to pay the honorarium."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though he does not seek to press the present writ petition, however, he seeks liberty on behalf of the individual members of the association, who may be aggrieved by the policy of the Government, to individually approach the Respondent authorities. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
