JUSTICE ARVIND SINGH CHANDEL ORAL ORDER 08-10-2024 After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application before the concerned Circle Officer i.e. Respondent No. 03 for registering the land in question in favour of the petitioner and, in turn the Respondent No. 03 may also be directed by this Court to consider and decide it within any
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1633 of 2023(3) dt.08-10-2024 2/2 stipulated period as fixed by this Court.
2. The above prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the counsel for the respondents.
3. Considering the submission made by the counsels the petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application before the Respondent No. 03 within three weeks from today for registering the land in question in his name mentioning the grounds which is raised in this writ petition and in turn the Respondent No. 03 is also directed to consider and decide probably within 45 days from the receipt of the said application in accordance with relevant rules and laws.
