JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2019 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 13.09.2019, the office of the Accountant General (A & E), Bihar, Patna has issued Gratuity Payment Order dated 16th September, 2019 whereby and whereunder a sum of Rs. 9 lacs on the head of Gratuity has been sanctioned to the petitioner herein. It is expected that the Treasury Officer, Patna, Nirman Bhawan, shall pay the aforesaid amount within a period of two weeks from today, failing which he shall not draw his salary.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19457 of 2016(11) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the admissible retiral dues has been paid to the petitioner herein, but he seeks liberty to challenge the order whereby and whereunder the pension of the petitioner has been reduced.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of, however, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order whereby and whereunder the pension of the petitioner has been reduced, by way of filing a fresh writ petition.
