The petitioners are accused in connection with Mehandia P.S. Case No. 52 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of causing injury by the petitioners to informant, his wife and son through Lathi and Khanti but the injuries as found on the person of the injured are simple in nature, which would appear from Annexure 2 series of the application. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are the co-villagers of the informant and at the time of occurrence petitioner has also sustained injury, regarding which,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51301 of 2014 (3) dt.30-04-2015 Mehandia P.S. Case No. 53 of 2014 has been lodged against the informant and others, under Sections 341, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the same day.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Jehanabad, in connection with Mehandia P.S. Case No. 52 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
