The Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Jamui is present in Court and he informs that he has verified the service records relating to the petitioner and also informs that petitioner has been paid all the retiral benefits in accordance with law. He, however, submits that if the petitioner is aggrieved for any other relief on account of retiral dues, she may file a representation
