JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.i) For issuance of writ in nature of Mandamus to grant A.C.P. and M.A.C.P, for which the petitioner was entitled to get first time bond promotion with effect from 26.12.1993 and A.C.P. with effect from 26.12.2007 and third M.A.C.P. with effect from 26.12.2013.
ii) For further direction upon the respondent authorities to grant the monitory benefit on account of grant of modified pay scale to the petitioner and re-fix the pension/family pension of the petitioner as per the new pay scale granted on basis of A.C.P. &

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2 i.e. the I.G. Prison and Reform Services, Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 2 i.e. the I.G. Prison and Reform Services, Bihar, Patna, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
