JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-08-2018 Mr. Krishna Prasad Singh, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that during the pendency of the writ application the Police has already completed the investigation and a charge-sheet was filed whereupon learned court below has taken cognizance and issued summon to the petitioner. This being the position, learned Senior Counsel submits that the petitioner may be given liberty to seek her remedy in accordance with law under the Code of Criminal Procedure.
