The petitioner, Shashikant Kumar @ Kumar Shashikant, apprehends his arrest in Daudnagar P.S. Case No.270 of 2013, registered under different sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is named in the first information report. It is alleged that many villagers assembled and blocked N.H.-8 due to paucity of electric energy in their locality. No overt act is alleged against the petitioner.
It appears that five persons, who are named in the first information report have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order in Cr. Misc. No.10054 of 2014, the case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

No.665 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Daudnagar P.S.
