04. 13.05.2016 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the private Opposite Parties by this Court's order dated 21.08.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25847 of 2014 in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 89 of 2014 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai. Having considered the Counter-Affidavit that the private Opposite Parties have deposited the disputed cheque, I do not find any reason for canceling their bail. The application stands dismissed.
