The Court would not like to add fuel to fire, therefore, it deliberately and intentionally refrains from adding any further words or observation in the manner in which the speaking order has been passed which the Tribunal has found to be contemptuous. The authorities, who have passed the order, should have the courage to justify the order and we do not appreciate as to why the direction for personal appearance and explaining the position is being shied away from.
Patna High Court CWJC No.19459 of 2016 dt.30-03-2017 2/2 The writ application is dismissed. No interference is warranted with the order dated 26.10.2016.
