The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhorey P.S.Case No.156 of 2017 registered for an offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the IPC.

The petitioner and other six accused named in the FIR are agnates of the informant. This petitioner and other co-accused allegedly entered into the house and assaulted the informant and her family members. The petitioner has been alleged to be order giver. The injury report annexed with this application shows that the injuries sustained by the informant were simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. The petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2017 having clean antecedent.

Learned APP opposed the submission.
