JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-03-2018 The present writ application has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent authorities to get the land of the petitioner, appertaining to part of Plot No. 223, 236, 252, 235, 251, Khata No. 258, sitauted in Mauza Mahmadiya, Circle Hasanganj, District Katihar vacated from the illegal possession of private respondent nos. 6 to 8 in compliance of order dated 03.12.2014, passed by the learned DCLR, Katihar in Land Dispute Case No. 57 of 2011-12, as contained in Annexure-4.

Since the petitioner has preferred an application before District Magistrate, Katihar, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of present writ application with a direction to
