The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 72 of 2022 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner was appointed as Panchayat Teacher after due verification of her documents by the authorities concerned. She had no knowledge about the fake certificate. Moreover, she has already resigned from her service and sent her resignation dated 21.02.2023 through registered post to the Secretary, Gram
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66299 of 2022(5) dt.24-03-2023 2/2 Panchayat, Shikshak Niyojan Unit, Basavkala, Itarhi, Block Development Officer, Itarhi, Block Education Officer, Itarhi and District Programme Officer (Establishment), Buxar, in support thereof, supplementary affidavit has been filed. It is also submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Sikraul P.S.
