JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,325,307,379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. On perusal of the First Information Report, I find substance in submission made on behalf of the petitioners that so far these petitioners are concerned, there is no specific allegation of assault.
She has submitted that the same informant had earlier also filed criminal case against the petitioners who come from the same family.
In view of the submission as above, let petitioners
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50249 of 2014 (3) dt.14-05-2015 above named in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 99 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
