This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

According to first information report, the informant had purchased the referred land from Bindu Devi. After the death of Bindu Devi her husband co-accused, Jhabar Mishra, sold the same land in favour of the petitioners.

Submission of the petitioners is that in fact the petitioners have been cheated and they are not the cheaters as they had purchased the land for consideration from a person alleged to be a non-title holder.

Considering the aforesaid fact as well as the fact that petitioners have been cheated, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with
