ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2019 in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019 (Excise Case No. 390 of 2019), registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no recoveries were made from the conscious possession of the petitioner, but from the house which is in joint occupation. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand)
