The petitioner being own brother of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 337, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on 03.08.2014 this petitioner pelted bricks on the informant but it could not hit him then this petitioner made several blow with knife causing injury to the informant and his son.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 03.08.2014, the FIR was registered on 09.08.2014. There is counter version of the occurrence being Piprahi P.S. Case No.84 of 2014 lodged by the petitioner on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50241 of 2014 (3) dt.27-04-2015 2/2 04.08.2014 wherein injury have also been caused to the informant side.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that injury of the informant's side found to be grievous. Considering the delayed lodging of the case and there is counter version of the occurrence, it is a case of consideration of regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner preferably on the same day since the petitioner is aged person, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No.94 of 2014, pending before the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
