The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Uphara P.S. Case No.33 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(B) and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the deceased, the daughter of the informant, for non fulfillment of the dowry demand by her husband and in-laws.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased, the daughter of the informant, and has falsely been implicated in this case on mere suspicion. The petitioner is in custody since

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52055 of 2016 (5) dt.19-04-2017 2/2 18.09.2016. Further submission is that Trilok Kumar alias Kundan Kumar, the husband of the deceased, the daughter of the informant, is already in custody.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Uphara P.S.
