2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) for issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners in respect of their title and legal right over the lands situated in villages Bara, Tetaria Khurd and Bhaghar within Bara Panchayat under Barachatti Block in the district of Gaya;

(ii) for further directing the respondents to pay compensation of the lands of the petitioners acquired by the State Authorities for conversion to NHAI 2 into six lanes from Aurangabad to Baruaadda;

Patna High Court CWJC No.19934 of 2018(2) dt.23-09-2025 2/2 (iii) for direction upon the Respondents to consider and take decision as per the scheme of the State Government as contained in Resolution No. 01/2013, 925 issued from the Land Reform and Revenue Department Government of Bihar.

3. Learned State Counsel submits that 59 petitioners have come forward and claims that firstly, their title be accepted regarding the land situated in certain Panchayats and and then to pay the compensation which is/are not feasible.

4. Be that as it may, in view of the absence of the petitioner, dismissed for non-prosecution.
