This is a case registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that he has not been named in the FIR and merely on suspicion he along with other co-accused has been dragged in the instant case. The other co-accused have been granted bail vide order dated 07.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11760 of 2015 and order dated 11.07.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26115 of 2016. The petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2017 In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for
