7227 of 2024 has been dismissed for default on 02.8.2024 for non compliance the order dated 02.8.2024 because on earlier occasion it has been directed by the Hon'ble Court to remove the defects within a period of two weeks but it has not been removed within the said period.

3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph no. 3 of the petition, the MJC No. 3015 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.
