The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 452, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of making assault to the informant by 'Chhewni' (a sharp cutting weapon) causing head injury. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are agnate of the informant and in the background of land dispute, the accusation has been levelled. Moreover, a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No.86 of 2015, pending before the learned ACJM, Purnea.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
