The present application has been filed for directing the respondent for payment of retiral dues to the petitioner with regard to A.C.P., payment of salary on the basis of promoted pay-scale, arrears and payment of final pension. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that he has filed representation vide Annexure-3 before the authority but till date, his representation has not been disposed off. In this view of the matter, let respondent no. 2 is hereby directed to dispose off the representation of the petitioner with speaking and reasoned order within 6 weeks from the date
