====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 08-07-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of Admission with the consent of all the counsels.

2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance vide representations dated 21.03.2024, 01.04.2024, 08.04.2024, 15.04.2024 and thereafter the District Magistrate was directed to conduct the inquiry.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14591 of 2024(5) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that till date the authorities have not conducted any inquiry and taken the matter to its logical end.

3. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the District Magistrate to complete the inquiry and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the authority shall put the petitioner as well as the private respondent No. 9 on notice and give them an opportunity of hearing. The authority shall also grant the Respondent No. 9 ample time for filing his objections to the representation made by the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possibly preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

4. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
