Perused the order, dated14.07.2014, passed by the Learned Single Judge. If the appellant had not been vigilant in defending his right and interest by filing any response to the showcause to the licensing authority or pursuing the appeal, which was dismissed for default and not seeking restoration, then filing of writ application cannot beget him any kind of relief. Learned Single Judge has rightly dismissed the writ application, as there is nothing to interfere with regard to any of the decisions, which have come out due to indiscretion on the part of the
