====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rudrapur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018 in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363 and 302/34 of the I.P.C.

Earlier the bail applications of the petitioner were rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 20491 of 2019 under order dated 09.08.2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 28886 of 2020 under order dated 03.02.2021 taking into account that the petitioner threw the deceased out of Tempo which led to her death. A report was called for from the court below regarding the present stage of the case. It has been reported that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71711 of 2021(3) dt.23-02-2022 2/2 out of eight prosecution witnesses, four prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the trial is likely to be concluded within a period of three months.

Considering the nature of accusation and the stage of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected in connection with Sessions Trial No. 375/2019, arising out of Rudrapur P.S. Case No. 83/18, corresponding to G.R.No. 1377/2018, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jhanjharpur. The court below is directed to take all necessary steps to conclude the trial preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
