The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in short is that the accused persons created forged job cards and also recommended for payment.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 7.8.2019. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The allegation is that there was negligence in discharge of duty. The policy of reservation was not followed while engaging the labourers for different schemes. The petitioner is alleged to be

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 68/15.
