Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 08.08.2017 by which bail was granted to the petitioner subject to the condition that "one of the bailors would be a close relative of the petitioner having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned police station". It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the area is affected with flood and he does not have a bailor, who has sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned police station. Hence, in the interest of justice, the lines "having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29107 of 2017 (4) dt.29-08-2017 2/2 concerned police station" is deleted.

Order dated 08.08.2017 is modified to the extent indicated above.
