Mr.Renu Kumari ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khagaria Mahila P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019, registered under Section 498/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of torturing the complainant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and removing from her matrimonial house along with her daughter.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61321 of 2019(2) dt.14-10-2019 2/2 petitioner nos. 1 to 4 are mother-in-law, father-in-law and brother-in-laws of the complainant and they have falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive without any specific allegation.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Khagaria, in connection with Khagaria Mahila P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
