2. This petitioner, who resigned on 26.02.2022 as Trained Physical Block Teacher in Rajkiya Balika Madhya Vidyalaya, Block-Andar, District-Siwan has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent for payment of his salary/honorarium for the period he worked in the aforesaid school which is stated to be from December 2011 till the date of his resignation.
3. Since the petitioner is a Trained Physical Block Teacher, in view of Rule-16 of the Bihar State Teaching
Patna High Court CWJC No.16241 of 2022(5) dt.24-06-2025 2/2 Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in CWJC No. 10222 of 2022 (Rani Kumari Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.
4. The writ petition stands disposed off with the above direction.
