Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 371, 372, 373/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3, 4, 5 of the Immoral Traffic Act.

Accusation is of compelling the informant for doing the immoral trafficking work.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant has subsequently retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned court below.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54142 of 2015 (2) dt.01-12-2015 below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Saharsa Sadar Mahila P.S. Case No. 39 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa. With the above observation this application is disposed of.
