2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of Witch Craft Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted son of informant Shivam Kumar with iron rod and snatched Rs. 1000/- cash from the informant.

4. Both parties are agnates and petitioner is cousin daughter-in-law of the informant. The injury allegedly caused by the petitioner is simple in nature. Petitioner is lady and has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No. 89/2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
