The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(2)(v) of the SC/ST Act.

It is alleged that the husband of the informant was compelled to do electrical work when he got electrocuted.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is nothing on record to suggest that the husband of the informant was hired or compelled by the petitioner.

Let the learned court below consider prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50452 of 2014 (2) dt.27-04-2015 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in connection with Kothi P.S. Case No.07 of 2013 pending in the court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sherghati, Gaya.

With this observation, the application is disposed off.
