Petitioners being the brother and brother's wife of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 316/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant just after one year of the marriage. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are residing in Nepal and they were not known about institution of the case.
