2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 57 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that petitioner along with his son is said to have taken away the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.06.2023. He further submits that he has falsely implicated in this case.

5. During investigation it has come that the alleged victim girl had left her house and gone to Mumbai on her own.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64362 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-V, Sikrahna (Dhaka) East Champaran in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 57 of 2023.
