2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(i) For issuance of writ nature of mandamus for direction to respondents for considering the application dated 22.04.2025 filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.14284 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 2/3 before the Respondent Collector and Respondent Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar Bhagalpur for compliance the order dated 11.11.2024 passed in Misc. Case No. 152/2022. 23 by which directed delivery the possession to the land of the petitioner "ii) For further issue direction to respondents for considering the case of the petitioner and deliver possession of the disputed land bearing Mouza-Masdih, Thana No.71, Anchal-Sultanganj, District-Bhagalpur, Khata No.610, Khesra No.454 from the respondents, who have illegal took possession of the land.

(iii) For further give other legal consequential benefit to petitioner."

3. Earlier, the Collector passed an order on 11.11.2024 in Misc. Case No. 152 of 2022-23 [State vs. Roushan Kumar Jha (Annexure-P/11 to the writ petition)]. The contention is that subsequently, for the compliance of the same, the petition was preferred on 22.04.2025 (Annexure-P/12 to the petition) but it has not been taken to its logical conclusion.

4. Learned State counsel submits that the same shall be considered and disposed of.

5. In view of the said undertaking the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent no. 3, the Collector, Bhagalpur to take up the petition of the petitioner (AnnexureP/2) and dispose it of.

6. The petitioner if so required shall be filing a fresh petition alongwith the order before the Collector, Bhagalpur. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U
