2. Learned counsel for the State has taken a preliminary objection that the impugned order is appellable

Patna High Court CWJC No.16926 of 2022(3) dt.09-09-2024 3/3 before the learned Bihar Lands Tribunal and petitioners may file an appeal before the Bihar Lands Tribunal against the impugned order.

3. In view of the stands taken by the learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a statutory appeal before the learned Bihar Lands Tribunal within a period of four weeks.

4. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
