In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.767 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 504, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that the petitioner along with 5 to 6 unknown persons armed with different weapons entered into the house of the informant and started hurling abuses and later on started assaulting her. When her son tried to flee away, then on instigation of accused Sunita Devi accused Raja Yadav made indiscriminate firing, but none has sustained injury, rather the pellet hit the wall of the house.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33547 of 2017 (2) dt.27-07-2017 2/2 There is direct allegation against the petitioner. This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. If the petitioner surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and prays for bail, the Court below will pass the order in accordance with law without being influenced by the order of this Court.
