Mr. MURLIDHAR ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 9 liters of country made liquor were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims his antecedent to be clean and he is in custody since 30.04.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33902 of 2017() dt.20-07-2017 2/2 satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No.198/17. Further, if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bond.
