JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 29-06-2016 The order has been passed in compliance of the order dated 30.11.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.3177 of 2010, as contained in Annexure 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the order is patently wrong as they have not been given equal treatment.

However, from the aforesaid order, it appears that the authority has tried to distinguish the case of the petitioners from that of Madhuri Devi. The distinction made by the authorities may be correct or incorrect but that has to be decided in a separate proceeding and not in the present proceeding.

Accordingly, this proceeding is dropped with a

Patna High Court MJC No.5420 of 2013 (3) dt.29-06-2016 2 / 2 liberty to the petitioners to assail the order passed by the Director-in-Chief, Health Services, State of Bihar, as contained in Annexure A to the show cause affidavit, before a competent forum.
