The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No.167 of 2021 registered under Sections 365 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion.

The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60080 of 2022(4) dt.09-02-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No.167 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
