JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners happen to be parents-in-law of the deceased and they are languishing in jail custody since 25.07.2014 in a case registered under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Charge sheets against these petitioners have already been submitted. The husband of the deceased has already been remanded in jail custody.

Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari , East Champaran in connection
