The petitioner questions the rejection of the nomination by the authorities under the Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935 and the Bihar State Election Authority Act, 2008.
The rejection of nomination is an election dispute under the enactments stated above and could only be questioned by way of an election petition.
