The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The named co-accused, namely, Ramjee Rai @ Ramji Rai has already been allowed regular bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 23963 of 2016 on 30.05.2016. Name of the petitioner had transpired in the confessional statement of Ramjee Rai @ Ramji Rai. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-
