2. The present writ petition has been filed challenging Annexure- P/4, letter no. 401, dated 01.08.2024 passed by respondent No. 5, namely, the Child Development Project Officer, Haspura, Aurangabad.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the letter of the Child Development Project Officer can be challenged before the Original Authority under the relevant Margdarsika prepared for the appointment of

Patna High Court CWJC No.13683 of 2024(2) dt.10-09-2024 2/2 Anganwari Sevika and Sahaika. But the petitioner has filed the writ petition directly before this Hon'ble Court.

4. In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition to avail the remedy before the Original Authority under the relevant Margdarsika prepared for the appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahaika.

5. Permission granted.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid liberty.
