====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 19-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Special (POCSO) Case No.07/2017 arising out of Jakkanpur P.S. Case No.10/2017 registered for offences punishable under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4 of POCSO Act and Section 37 (b) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act.

In view of the nasty allegation made in the First Information Report with the child of about 2-3 years by the petitioner and in view of the further fact that several persons had seen him committing the nasty act, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
